Microgreens: Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested at 1-3 inches tall, used as a garnish or ingredient in various dishes to add flavor, texture, and color. Highly nutritious, they contain higher concentrations of vitamins C, E, and K, beta-carotene, lutein, and antioxidants compared to mature vegetables, supporting immune function, skin health, eye health, and reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. REQUIRES PRE-ORDER (12 day grow cycle on wheatgrass and 10 day grow cycle on all microgreens) TRAY ORDERS: There is a refundable $10.00 cash deposit required for all tray orders due upon pickup/delivery. Taking the trays home allows you to keep microgreens fresher longer and harvest as you need. In most cases you can harvest twice and still maintain nutritional value. Please clean trays with soap and water ONLY before returning.
